Ms. Blanco Maurisset is an esteemed graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, Class of 2011, Cum Laude. Bridget McNamee

McNamee received her juris doctorate from Duke University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Michael A. Curry

TAMPA, Fla. — Michael A. Curry has joined Broad and Cassel's Tampa office as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

A Clearwater resident, Mr. Curry has been practicing in the Tampa area since 2006. His litigation practice spans a variety of areas, including real property litigation, title insurance litigation, and foreclosures.

A graduate of the University of South Florida, he received his juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. During his academic tenure, Mr. Curry was amember of the Florida Law Review and the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and served as a teaching assistant of legal research and writing, and appellate advocacy. He also had the opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Peter K. Sieg of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, and for a Gainesville law firm. In May 2012, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers (“CFAWL”) was honored with the Partner in Education Award for West Orange County for all of the good work the organization completed at Rock Lake Elementary School. CFAWL member Kayla Mudge attended the award ceremony at Sea World.

Jim McCrae

Orlando, Fla. –  Jim McCrae has joined  Holland & Knight as a partner in the Orlando office. Mr. McCrae, who was an attorney with Holland & Knight from 1998 to 2006, joins the Florida Construction Industry Practice Group.

Gary M. Farmer

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Attorney Gary M. Farmer, a partner at Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman, P.L., was installed as President of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), a statewide legal organization comprised of civil trial lawyers in the State of Florida. Farmer was officially sworn in as the 53rd President during the Florida Justice Association’s Annual Convention held on Friday, June 15, 2012, at the Marriott Beach Resort Golf Club & Spa on Marco Island.
